An interactive session on 'Vayat Yetana' would be conducted for girls by our members and Anns, in Maharshi Karve school (Rotary School). The hormonal, physical and psychological changes that take place with the onset of puberty are discussed with the children of 7th, 8th and 9th standard. They are given paper and pen to write down their queries, without disclosing their names and those queries are answered at the end of the session. Importance of diet and exercise are stressed during the menstruation. Some exercises are practically shown to the girls.
