Celebrating Membership Month with a DEI-Focused Team-Building Activity In celebration of Membership Month this August, we organized a special team-building activity designed to foster stronger bonds among our members while promoting our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) culture. The chosen activity was a Rakhi-making competition, where members were divided into three teams and tasked with creating rakhis using the tricolor of the Indian flag. Some of our Rotract members were also participated in the activity. The event was filled with enthusiasm and collaboration as teams raced against the clock to create as many rakhis as possible within the given time frame. The competition was not just about speed; it also emphasized teamwork, creativity, and coordination. To honor these values, we presented awards for the "Fastest Team" and the "Best Team" for their outstanding teamwork and coordination. In the end, all teams displayed such exemplary teamwork and coordination that every team was recognized with the "Best Team Award." The joy and camaraderie shared during this activity were palpable, creating lasting memories and strengthening the bonds among our members. We are thrilled with the positive response and participation in this activity. It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our diverse community and reinforce the importance of working together harmoniously. Here’s to many more such enriching experiences! ?
