| Minutes of Meeting | One of the new members Pooja Khanwale was administered oath. Advocate Rohit Erande who is an well known columnist in newspapers and has written several books related to law. He explained us why everyone should prepare a Will of their own, the covid pandemic has specially shown everyone that we do not know when we may leave this world and to prevent the agony which are loved ones would go through, writing a will is important. Registered will, unregistered will, which will would be valid or unvalid or how someone would need to prove the things and so on were discussed by him. The members also asked him several questions which he answered patiently. |
