| Minutes of Meeting | President - BOD meeting day will be first Saturday of every month, birthday celebration of members, Youth, Admin and Project activities calendar to be published on 1st of every month, ratification of all points in previous BOD and any points put forth in between the 2 BODs on WhatsApp. Admin - Meetings and activities of upcoming month were discussed and approved Youth - Activities for upcoming month were discussed and approved. Project - Projects for upcoming month were discussed and approved. PI - Posting pics on Fb page, posting pic on Showcase on RI site, other possible and affordable PI activities were discussed. Membership - August being the Membership month, a session on 'Know Rotary' would be arranged in this month. Club Byelaws - Changes and additions based on COL and need, were proposed by the byelaws committee, the points were discussed in detail with the BOD and those would be put forward in the Business meeting for GB approval. |
